Of course this is not part of the school curriculum and yet this is where most of the opportunities lie.

And the first rule of accessing licences is following the news—what is the government planning? What are the key issues they are grappling with? What are they constantly talking about? What is contained in strategies such as the NDS 1 and 2? You need to follow government gazettes and closely monitor what is posted.
