We would like to applaud the Harare City Council for the wonderful work that they have been doing in creating a user friendly website. This is the way to go and we hope that more councils will follow suit. Creating a user friendly website does not cost a lot of money but the benefits are huge. Its a pity that most councils-urban and rural are still to appreciate the benefits that can be derived by having a modern website.
